Privacy

Your liked songs and their files, your playlists, what you've played, the songs you split and their parts, your lyrics and your settings stay on your device. We never see them. You don't need an account to use the app.

When Radiance Music is downloaded from this site, or the app updates itself, we add one to a count for that version and that kind of device (Windows, Linux, the Flatpak or Android). It's a number only: no IP address, no name, nothing about you.

Now and then the app asks "Are you enjoying Radiance Music?". Sending your answer asks you to sign in with Google. Your name and email are kept with your rating, so we know who said what and can write back.

What's kept: whether you're enjoying it, your five star ratings, anything you wrote, the app's version, and whether it's Windows, Linux, the Flatpak or Android. Google tells us your name and email, nothing else. Nothing about your music is sent: not your songs, your library, or what you play.

It's kept by Radiance Innovation Centers and read by our team to make the next version better. You can sign out from the rating pop-up any time. To have your rating, name and email removed, write to hello@radianceph.com and we'll remove them.

To search, play songs and find their lyrics and covers, the app asks the services they come from, such as the Internet Archive, YouTube Music and LRCLIB, and it looks for updates on GitHub. Like any website, they see that a request came from your internet connection.

If you join someone's Radiance Music Server, its owner sees your name, your device's name, and the songs you add or split there. That server is theirs, not ours: we never see it.

Sharing songs with a QR code goes straight from one device to the other, on your own network. A story you share goes wherever you post it.

Write to hello@radianceph.com. Radiance Music is made by Radiance Innovation Centers in the Philippines.
